2016 seesThis Endingreturning with a true melodic death metal masterpiece. An album that has taken four years in the making but the result is just uncompromising.
After a few setbacks like bassist Jesper Löfgren and guitarist Leo Pignon leaving, the band faced many challenges and its continuation was truly unsure for some time. But with the addition of A Canorous Quintet original bass player Linus Pettersson, the band finally took a breath of air and its blackened heart started pumping out some new, plagued, blood.
With the return of an original member and motivated by the re-released A Canorous Quintet material, the band felt the need of revisiting its roots of pure melodic death metal. Without any rush, the songs started to take form. The goal was to write the best possible songs and let them take all the time they deserve.
The final result consists of nine songs full of apocalyptic, brutal yet catchy melodic death metal. This Endingwill teach you their metal alphabet in the best way possible!
To give the album cover the essential atmosphere Björn Gooses of Killustration was hired to take care of the artwork and layout.
