NEW VIDEO: The Rest Of Us Is Dead - Every Day Is Like The Last:
THE REST OF US IS DEAD take the luxury of maladjustment in an over-adjusted time. They do not want to decide between hard rock and heavy metal, but mix both skilfully to dynamically grooving songs. Lowered guitar riffs paired with punchy drumming let the musical proximity to Doom and Stoner.
On "Phoenix", the band comments: "Phoenix is generally for the resurrection of the ashes. Everyone should realize that something new has been created here. With the entry of our new singer Martin, the vocals and melody lines have changed completely. Texts were thrown over the pile and partly reinterpreted. It was rewritten, deleted complete vocal passages and added new elements. This album is virtually our rebirth, from what was believed to be already lost."
