We are proud to announce three more bands which will perform at the 2015 edition of Maximum Rock Festival, one of Romania's most appreciated metal events.
Skalmold from Iceland, Harlott from Australia and Archer from America will join the Festival's line-up, alongside already confirmed Epica (Holland), Annihilator (Canada) and a host of local bands like Kistvaen, Cap de Craniu, Gothic and Crimena.

Skalmold was formed in 2009 in Reykjavik, Iceland, and is one of the leading Viking/Folk metal bands in Europe. The sound is based on a fine combination between traditional Icelandic music and hard-throbbing, ear-blasting death-metal.
So far, Skalmold has released four studio albums. The latest, "Með vættum", earned the appreciation of fans and critics alike, standing out as one of the group's best achievements so far.

Harlott is an Australian band which embodies one of the best examples of contemporary thrash-metal. The sound is a catchy mix of 80s idioms and the lyrics speak about the intricacies of the human condition.
The group will peform in Romania for the first time. So far, Harlott has released three albums and is working on its fourth.

Archer is a quirky combination of hard-rock and heavy-metal, hailing from sunny California. The band has just released its newest effort, "Culling The Weak", produced and mxied by the famous Mike Clink, known for his work with legendary groups like Guns N'Roses, Motley Crue and Megadeth.
