German guitarist and songwriter Marc Vanderberg released his new song `Smoking kills - but only love can break your heart` today. The song is available on igroove.ch for 0.69 EUR. "The huge demand in airplays motivated us, so finally we can release the song two weeks earlier", so Vanderberg.
"Stylistically, the new song 'Smoking kills - but only love can break your heart' is a mix between 'Sisters of Mercy' and `HIM` with a hint of thundering guitars and a catchy chorus", describes Vanderberg the new song.
For the vocal part, Vanderberg won no other than Austrian singer Chris Divine of 'Luna Rise' and Tåve Wanning, lead singer of Swedish renowned rock band `Adrenaline Rush'. "I am absolutely happy about the participation of Chris and Tåve, because both have been my #1 choice for the song. Chris' and Tåve's voice sound absolutely fantastic together. While Chris' voice gives the song in the verse and the chorus the melancholic and powerful touch, Tåve comes up with something sweet, that is the counterpart to Chris' vocals", so Vanderberg.
