Melodic Death Metal mixed with Metalcore and some electronic elements - the band was one of the first worldwide, even before the boom with Amaranthe, Asking Alexandria or Eskimo Callboy.

Together with the phsysical re-release of the "Remembrance" EP, the guys from Emergency Gate come around the corner with something very special.
Their metal cover version of the Eurodance hit "What Is Love" by Haddaway.

And the best thing: Haddaway himself is on board.

Call it coincidence or destiny, but on their flight home from the Midi Festivals in China the Emergency Gate guys met Haddaway on the airplane.

- "Aren't you the band that covered 'Rock Me Amadeus' by Falco?"
- "Uhm, yeah! wanna do a track together?"
- "Sure, just drop me a call."

Said and done, some weeks later they got together in the studio and recorded a smashing metal version of "What Is Love".

To round up this record, there are also two live tracks from the "You" release concert on it.

Feel the live power of EG!
