Uk Thrashers Onslaught have endured for nigh 4 generations. The founding force of guitarist Nige Rockett's sick, sect, F'n stick to your guns attitude is the reason why! His Thrash till death mentality is the damned soul purpose he signed the contract in blood which has allowed him and his band to persistently abide by the sounds of violence and terror. The strike fast, strike hard punishing, pugilistic power that Onslaught creates is the rationale behind why we all are ensared by their Power from Hell! With new vocalist David Garnett the band have matured and endured despite the departure of Sy Keeler. Michael Francisco spoke with Nige recently to discuss the recording process of Generation Antichrist, the integrity of its founding member, the "newer", but still brutal sound of the band, and most of all why fans of Onslaught are still after all these years loyal, but in search of sanity.
