Before listening to this album, please be sure you have at least 6.66 years of experience in the dark and ritualistic side of black metal. ACHERONTAS releases its new full album containing 11 tracks of extreme evil and grief. Ma IoN Formulas Of Reptilian Unification gives us the enchanting side of the dark music, with vocal parts that pray to nothing and all, using growls, screams and clean singing in a frightening and persuasive manner. Each song is a journey by itself, the melodies shifts from Doom to Black, with many tribal ritualistic themes that tie them together.

At the first track "Fires Of Prometheus" they give us a taste of the ritual they built for us and in "Nereid Tide Of Neptune's Rudra" at the end you'll find the vocals losing all control, as if they wanted us to know it's for real, that this is not a gimmick, the melodies are complied with a fast riff backed by a high tune strumming melodies that sheds a uncompromised sound to the songs. "Convolut-ion, Manifestat-ion, Secret-ion-Karma-lravatl The Thunders Emerged" is the longest name for instrumental part I know of, the sounds of ritual and its environmental atmosphere is blackening. The self-titled song "Ma-Ion 'Formulas Of Reptilian Unification" takes us to the peak of the album so far, with a lead guitar that sows the music through its 10 minutes with high tunes backed by rumbling and rolls of drums that answer every riff with a special moves that unite the parts and dark motives. "Permutation In The Aetheric Void (Ma-Ion Sacred Seal)" and "Shaman And The Waning Moon" both songs instrumental and depressing...as they should be I suppose, just sounds and Rhythm that will put your mind to rest after the 4^th. "The Awakening Of Astral Orphic Mysteries - Behind The Eyes Of Irida" and "Therionic Transformation" are the last two songs that are uninstrumental...and they are just as dark and complied as the other songs of this album with shifts from blasting the drums to express anger, to majestic prayers of evil that express the motives of this dark souls that made this great work of Black Metal.
