A fine work from this Greek band, no doubt!

DISHARMONY is fine quintet that makes a traditional Heavy Metal with some moments from Doom Metal, and "Shades Of Insanity", their new album, is really a fine piece of Metal.

Good vocals (that in some more melodic and calm moments really can annoy us, but in more aggressive ones, it's in great form, reminding a lot Matthew Barlow, but please, try to not use these high pitch screams... It's really annoying when you got high notes), great guitars (both in riffs and solos), fine and technical use of rhythmic kitchen. Mix this all, you have a good music, some fine songs and a very good album!

Fine sound production (only the sound of the snare drums could be a little better), without tearing apart the melodies or the aggressiveness necessary to their work, and without making their instruments form a mass of fussy sound.

The album is good as a whole, but the highlights are: "This Possible Lie" (what wonderful work from guitars!), the more introspective "Infinite Astray", the heavy version for "Oman", from DEAD CAN DANCE (it's a bolt of aggression with some melodic moments, and the drums and bass are really great here), the beautiful "Nostalgia" (a more Doom song, with good participation of keyboards), and "Cosmic Anarchy".

A fine and honest work!
