Triumphant Decimator
Sadiztik Impaler
Extreme and harsh as Black Metal from SWOBM must be. This is what SADIZTIK IMPALER, from Singapore, is up to with their new coming, the EP "Triumphant Decimator".
The band is pretty good in the sound purpose, but the recording is so raw and dirty that, unfortunately, affects the result, and mixture of good harsh vocals in an old EMPEROR fashion, fast and crude guitar riffs and good drums work is damaged severely. So severe that the bass guitar disappeared.
The recording is done in a way that old demo tapes from the end of the 80's would sound clearly, the instruments are all mixed in a way that seems to be in the very same level of sound in the mixing. Of course some can say it's the essence of the style, but not so harsh!
But both tracks, "March Ov Equestrians 4" and "Thy Kingdom Singa Falls" are good songs, showing good work of guitars, vocals and drums, but the damage done for the raw recording is severe.
Please, guys, you have a lot of potential, and your music is too good, but next time, try to do a better work in production. It don't mean you be clean as some bands, but GORGOROTH, MAYHEM and other great names did excellent works with better sound quality.
