Wolfs Moon - Curse The Cult Of Chaos album cover

The seventh album WOLFS MOON is now available and is called "Curse The Cult Of Chaos". The German group which has 6 albums in his account comes with nearly 66 minutes of new music that covers all the territory of Power Metal, but with a lot more groove and trends from Thrash Metal. The album comes with the performance of new singer Robert Rogue who assured after having decrypt all the songs, and I'll get back on the details just after. I should mention the superb production, which added more fun.

I proceeded to decrypt the music, and reading the title of the first track "Dead Eyes - Blind Justice", a strong sense directly hooked me. A large dose of distortion followed by a series of Blast beats with riffs that can push you to make faces like that, Mr. pessimistic, I liked this. I thought I had finished the first title without much damage, but then I attack the rest with "Corpses In Candlelight" and "Curse The Cult Of Chaos" and I'm not on the end of the surprise, my rage is mounted on one floor. A very effective variation in tempo due to saved energy, There are even passages that turned Doom Metal as the "Moribund Vision" for example. Each intro of a song in this album is characterized by a well-defined character, this is a strong point of the Germans, and they know how to draw the listener from the beginning. Guitarist Gerd Simson exploited its six strings at most and it shows he is a fan of ICED EARTH, it gives pleasure for him but also for those who will listen to this album. As I said at the beginning that the new Robert Rogue on the vocals really sure, he sings on the way of Ronnie James Dio but it also operates several technical harsh voices on several songs like "Skull Chaly - Wing".

The Germans were always leaders in all that is Power Metal. WOLFS MOON is a band among the bands that deserves a place among the major, with seven albums already and an existence on stage for over 20 years. This album is very well done; personally I was head banging all the time and I think that's enough for a Heavy Metal fan.
