Temple Balls are an energetic Hard Rock band from Finland.Their first album "Traded Dreams" was released in 2017 ,which saw them alongside Battle Beast complete a sell out tour of Finland.2019 saw the follow up album "Untamed" released which received great reviews from music magazines such as Burn & Soundi,also a European tour supporting Sonata Arctica which earned them recognition as a stellar live act.Temple Balls signed with Frontiers to release third album "Pyromide" in 2022 which was produced by Jona Tee (H.E.A.T.),which also resulted in a 3 week tour of Europe with H.E.A.T.,also festivals in Finland."Avalanche" the fourth album in 2023 saw them chart in their home country.again tours of Finland,also European summer festival appearances were also followed by dates in the UK.After a three year battle with cancer Niko Vuorela sadly passed away in 2025 at the age of 33,the band vowed to carry on as a four piece.

Temple Balls go pedal to the metal from the off, when the first riff of the opening track "Flashback Dynamite" kicks in i am immediately drawn in."Lethal Force" is a full on rock energy with some addictive hooks,the massive gang bang harmonies in the chorus,the tight rhythm section and Vuorela & Paavonaho run riot with some infectious riffs and runs."Tokyo Love" has this deep rhythm bass line running through the heart of this banger of a track,Arde Teronen leads the band with a powerful vocal,"There Will Be Blood" is another strong track delivered with high octane energy,strong melodies, with more consistently strong vocals.Solid tracks just keep on been delivered on this album "We Are The Night" ,"Soul Survivor" are superb slices of European Rock/Metal which have some traits of bands such as H.E.A.T. & Eclipse,"Hellbound" has an even faster pace & tempo,galloping riffs,"Stronger Than Fire" has more of a Melodic Rock feel,softer more anthemic melodies with the chorus to match,"Chasing The Madness" is a return to the faster heavy energetic Temple Balls sound with some more blazing guitar runs.solid hard hitting drum work,with strong vocal delivery."Living In A Nightmare" concludes the album with strong momentum & electricity with another first class guitar driven rocker.

 Temple Balls deliver a first class album,which i think is their best album to date.Jona Tee's top notch production makes the band have a more crisp,bold and stronger dimension to their sound.There is no weak tracks on this self titled release,eleven hard hitting Melodic Hard Rock arena filling tracks with fire & energy.Niko Vuorela (R.I.P.) would be absolutely made up with how this album has turned out.One of my top albums of 2026 so far superb stuff!
