KROSIS: Deathcore Champions to Re-Release "Mount of Sacrifice", Pre-Save single
August 9, 2020
Progressive deathcore champions, KROSIS, are set to re-release their 2015 debut album, Mount of Sacrifice, on September 18th. The album is the first installment in the Memoir Anthology that KROSIS announced last month. For more information on that, please see below.
Mount of Sacrifice Redux features a fully re-recorded sound and fresh new mixes courtesy of Brandon Scurlark at Eltar Studio. It also features all new mastering by Jamie King (The Contortionist, Between The Buried and Me). Along with new recordings, mixes and masters, current vocalist, Mac Smith, will also lay down new vocal tracks. Mac's vocal work on A Memoir of Free Will skyrocketed the band into a heavier, more extreme direction. Adapting his vocal prowess to Mount of Sacrifice Redux will surely revitalize this classic album into a powerful death metal contender.
Furthermore, the album will also include new bass tones and recordings by current member, Brian Krahe. Brian joined KROSIS shortly after the initial release of Mount of Sacrifice back in 2015. You may have seen many of Brian's mesmerizing bass playthroughs on YouTube. The elegance of his playing mixed with his thunderous tone will be a key factor on the Redux release.
The first single, "Sacrificum" will be release on August 15th with an exclusive video premiere via Metal Injection coming two days earlier on August 12. You can pre-save the single now HERE

With Krosis, there is no selling out, and there is no lack of creativity. We don't like settling for what simply sounds "good". We strive in every way to be memorable; our music is an amalgam of those who are not only successful in the metal market, but also those who refuse to bow to norms. We are all about creating new trends, fresh ideas, and even entirely unique genres. Most of all, we're proud to present every track to you, knowing that we gave our listeners and fans our absolute best. For some, living the dream is being in front of thousands, with lights and cameras aimed at them.
