After being an active member of the Hungarian and Central European death metal scene as the band 'Nigromantia' for 10 years, with numerous shows, festivals, tours and an LP behind us ('Inherited Burden'/2012/ Released by Noisehead Records https://nigromantia.bandcamp.com/ ), we are launching our new melodious death metal endeavour, now under the name: NYGMALION.

Melodic death metal quartet returns after eight years of silence in a new shape and form

The further we were diving into the writing process with David on board, the more we felt that the musical direction we took did not fit into the realm of the band in its current form any more - therefore it only felt natural to discontinue as NIGROMANTIA and transmute to what now we call NYGMALION. We are nothing but grateful to the former band members and to the fans who supported the band so far. We truly hope that you will stay with us along this new journey as well.
