Colorado's Call Of The Void have released a new single, in the form of a music video by Frank Huang, titled, "ReDeath" at Revolver Magazine. The crushing new track showcases the bands evolution into high energy, fist-raising, dark metallic punk fused with infectious and sludgy grooves.

About the track, drummer/vocalist Gordon Koch says, "This song is a full step into the evolution of our sound. We wanted to create an anthem of blind rage so we pushed ourselves musically and teased around with black metal overtones". The video, which features karaoke style lyrics, also features clips of actual footage from various cult leaders from around the world."'ReDeath' is a metaphor for the breaking point. Especially for the nefarious leaders of groups like Jonestown, the Manson Family and Aum Shinrikyo", comments Gordon Koch. "The mental state of those leaders was delusional. Each story they created was built out of fear and control till they reached a point of losing everything (their followers, end goal, organization, then their own mind). All three of these groups reached a breaking point leading to violence to the outside world as if society had wronged them, when in reality they were trapped in a self induced dream state like they were "waking up" to commit revenge on nothing."
"ReDeath"is the 8th track from their forthcoming new album, "Buried In Light". "Buried In Light" is a concept record about what drives people to walk away from everything - from blind servitude or to suicide in a seemingly "perfect" world. Each song serves as a vignette into the events that push humans over the edge and the situations that push people away from society as a whole.
