On “Crucifixion of Orchids,” ACCEPTANCE paints a picture of a lonely and desolate world, whose only stimulation comes from an occasional visit from a mysterious man who tortures you for a while and then disappears again, leaving your wounds time to heal, only to return again, and repeat the cycle over and over again.
