VOICES OF DESTINY is a young female fronted Epic / Gothic Metal band from Ludwigsburg, Germany. Band was formed in 2004 and has released albums: "From The Ashes" in 2010, "Power Dive" in 2012 and "Crisis Cult" on 24^th October 2014. This album was recorded with new front lady, Ada Flechtner.

Great Symphonic "Intro" opens this nice album of German Metallers. Fantastic heavier guitars with unbelievable energy and Symphonic orchestra elements in "Wolfpack" are so kick-ass! Female vocal is very melodic, drums are clear and Lukas Palme using his growls - all of that make this song catchy and perfect - Brilliant! Gentle keys, violins like orchestra performance & huge mega power drums with stronger guitars are in melodic song "21 Heroes" with modern sounds. Here are noticeable Melodic Hard Rock riffs with growling and clean melodic singing together with electronic echoes! Modern sounds of keys, darker mood with growling male voice and balsamic vocal of female are in "To the Slaughter".

Singerer Ada Flechtner has beautiful, angel voice with similarity to vocalists from such bands like EVANESCENCE and WITHIN TEMPTATION. Wonderful singing together with energetic guitars are in Melody - Symphonic track "Under Control". Massive sounds with modern keys in style of AMARANTHE are in "Stormcrow" where is beautiful catchy singing and fantastic guitar solo. Heavier guitars with Progressive rate and female sensitive vocal together with screaming male voice in "The Easy Prey" give total kick-ass! Melodic chorus with singing in high style, Opera choir and gentle singing with massive drums & keys.

I love so much "At the Edge" where is duet in singing of Ada Flechtner and Manuela Kraller. Total treasure with gentle piano, violins, wonderful singing, Symphonic choir, climatic riffs and connection of classical sounds with modern Rock! Everyone who loves XANDRIA, WITHIN TEMPTATION or EPICA would love such sounds! Powerful riffs, growling, singing in high melodic style of WITHIN TEMPTATION in song "The Great Hunt" is excellent together with gentle violins and fabulous Symphonic choir. Very memorable ballad song which melting listener heart is Bonus track "Your Creation" where singing in amazing way with gentle piano accompaniment.

Third album of VOICES OF DESTINY is very good played with full of melody, with elements of symphonic and new ideas. Their influences are bands such as NIGHTWISH, WITHIN TEMPTATION, XANDRIA and all elements of Melodic Metal with Gothic / Epic / Symphonic elements. I hope their next songs will be played in the same direction and they will still believe in their self-forces. Highly recommend! Album on high level!<
