Alpha Best, Omega God

The heathens from Sweden, Thrash/Punk Metal band TURBOCHARGED, started their madness in 2000. Evolving from various forms up to this point, this power trio from the deep woods boast that they will always do what the hell they please. As long as it works, who is to stop them?
Their latest is sort of a collector's item, the black vinyl anyway. There are only 300 copies, so don't wait too long, or maybe it is easier to just stream the filth. The lineup is the same since 2008, the hate from these blokes has spread across the globe for many years now. They describe their message as an urgent call out for the misfits of the dying societies of the world. A direct call to the underground of Europe to come out to the clubs and festivals and join in on the anarchy, sometimes in the UK.
"Piss Stigmata" tells the terrible tale of humanity, very well, in a Metal kind of way. It is a nice intro with a short, but kick ass solo, worth a repeat. "Irreligious," the bass intro in the beginning is a hook! That is just the beginning. Another banger all of the way through. I like the tempo changes and speed of it. The lyrics and vocals are working well here, all three guys are solid and showing out.
The meat in the middle starts sounding similar until we get to the title track. I find it a little more Punkish than the previous four. "Chaos Chronicles," turns it up to full speed ahead. Another mosher! With some killer short splashes of guitar on top of the double duty drums, this one is nice. The growls continue for a few songs. Soon after I realized, Ronnie Ripper can sing like hell! He has a great Metal voice.
"Profane Vortex," takes us for one final spin before we get to the end. It has a little bit of everything. All in all, I'm impressed with what they have put together here. There are some ripping parts to be found here! It is definitely worth the time to seek them out on your Spotify.
