Tortureslave - Tools of Torture album cover

Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: TORTURESLAVE; signed via Spinup Records, hailing from the glory of Germany - performing Thrash Metal, on their debut album entitled: "Tools Of Torture" (released February 12th, 2021).

Since formation in 2017, the quintet in question have only a Demo entitled "TortureSlave" (released in 2017) and this here debut album entitled: "Tools Of Torture" in their discography so far. 8 tracks ranging at around 28:35; TORTURESLAVE arrange an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Thrash Metal developments.

Opening up with a blistering barrage frenzy on trailblazing adrenaline, amplified grooves hook a fierce element in a borderline foundation on wildly rushing momentum that surges with this thunderous solidity on primitively raw ramifications. "Allholy" skyrockets with razor-sharp synergy, striking with profusely robust pursuits on rampantly rompy mayhem. Manifesting this meticulous stability on sulfurous melodies, riveting rhythms & punchy jumpiness. "I Won't Bow" revels with more monstrously meaty firepower expertise, charging a bulldozing attribute which outbursts with sonically seamless savagery while ruthless pandemonium piledrives with rumbling reverberation & sturdy thuds. Chiselling frolics chug and gallop with vibrantly potent snappiness, relentlessly bombarding eardrums with ripping shreds from guitar duo Toni Torture along with Mike Slave.

Consisting of vocalist He-Man Powerblast who renegades with shouty raspiness & throaty discipline, high-pitched yells roar with strong authority. "Quarterbound" drills this thrilling tonality with rapidly swift nimbleness & organic substance, thumping with boisterously bouncy harmony as audible bassist Torturesepp excels at a ferocious implementation in crunchy experimentation along with the rambunctious slams from hammering drummer Korbi Carnage who unleashes this stompy precision on steely smacks that will rattle skulls & utilises this vehement versatility to break chairs over other chairs in no time. "The Apex Sin" slays with killer laceration mobilities, where towering mayhem chaotically brims with salubriously volatile zest & incredibly catchy chunkiness belts a bruising calamity in fluidly polished remedy, as battering crescendos oscillates with unrelenting diligence.

"The Deathmaker" fabricates an immersively intensifying boundary in gnarly distortion, tempestuously persevering with mountainous steamrolling & monolithic malevolence flares an almighty creativity in dexterously dynamic heft. Crushing hostility exhilarates with weighty tightness, triggering revolving panache with outrè persistence pounds with feverish agility. "Wolf Without A Pack" embodies empowering extremity, grinding with twinning attacks and clobbering deadliness... catchy beefiness distributes gnarly choppiness, dense one-two bangs crush a brutal grandeur that will rollick necks with neck breaking hardiness. While the penultimate track: "In The Mouth Of Madness" examines similar territory, distilling a chiselling amount of punishing flickers, berserking barks and bellowing blitzkrieg kicks into overdrive with invigorating energy.

Overall concluding this groundbreaking effort with the finale epic: "Fathers Of The Fourth Reich", which continues to pound & slam with vicious velocity while stampeding with impactfully groovy impulse - I am compelled to say that TORTURESLAVE certainly outdone themselves with "Tools Of Torture". For any Metal maniac, this whirlwind systematic of strong rhythms & distinctively contorted bleeders revel with rawly rough transgression in aggressively distinguished force thrusts you with enticing intrigue to rip & tear to.

Bottom line; TORTURESLAVE delivered a healthy dose of some justifiable Thrash Metal belligerence in which most definitely deserves a few spins, there is a lot of replay value here as well as a zealous ultimatum on resounding noise that just makes me want to open this murderous pit from hell. An enjoyably entertaining discovery that would be considered an album of the year material! Such a headbanging rocker that needs to be listened to. Your neck will thank you! Do check it out.
