Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: TOMMY'S ROCKTRIP; signed via Frontiers Music S.R.L., hailing from the United States of America - performing rock on the debut album entitled: "Beat Up By Rock 'N Roll' (released 7th of May, 2021).

Since formation in 2021; the quartet in question have only this debut album in their discography so far entitled: "Beat Up By Rock 'N Roll" 11 tracks ranging at around 47:43; TOMMY'S ROCKTRIP arranges an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting rock 'n roll developments. Tommy Clufetos is crowned for his renowned workmanship steadiness while working with well known bands such as ALICE COOPER; TED NUGENT, ROB ZOMBIE; JOHN 5, and most notably - OZZY OSBOURNE & BLACK SABBATH... quite the notable resume of a Rock N' Roll masterclass one would say.

Opening up with some rough snares while these mesmerising rips trailblaze with scorching remedy "Heavy Load" starts the record off with groovy harmony, after an exhilarating crescendo outbursts with vibrantly potent adrenaline and boisterously bouncy grips. This rockabilly vibe comes in full force initiating an apt beginning of this stereotypical rock 'n roll formulaic, as chunky rhythms revel with ripping melody while steamrolling with funky but bluesy fuelled and hardened jazziness that fuses immersive aesthetics in a dense but hefty calamity - a conceptual spoken word slab moves on with punky jumpiness while rampantly rompy reverberation rumbles with sturdy thuds & tight punchline triggers, smearing with this rifting riff that surges with loud and proud shrieks. "Welcome To The Show" unleashes catchy impact, distilling a bulky but thick sound production while remaining riveting & snappy with rapidly swift nimbleness that will make this a great Live crowd pleaser amongst a personal one with no doubt in my mind.

Consisting of Eric Dover on vocals; the frontman excels at a clean attribute in rough pipes that shout with throaty yet zealous singing sophistication as charismatic energy gravitates fluidly with screaming soars to boot. "You Got The Cash, I Got The Flash" demonstrates flamboyant firepower expertise, as hasteful chugs frolic with party-driven robustness that ramifies with volatile yet gripping fretwork execution in a blistering amplify in galloping hooks and audible bass audibility from Eliot Lorengo who thumps his axe with meaty foundations in borderline but crushing crunchiness. While quintessential virtuoso, yet profound twin shredders Hank Schneekluth (on Lead Guitar) & Nao Nakashima (on Rhythm Guitar) tear with ripping maelstrom dexterity, dynamically rocking with rigorous vigour while organic substance solidifies with towering swerve amongst an effervescent eclat in distinctive buoyancy while synergetic vehemence shrouds you with moving systematics - where songs like "Make Me Smile" delivers distinguished chords in verve, technique & rambunctious piledriving tempos from hammering drummer himself Tommy Clufetos also making the most of his own vocals because why the hell not? (they sound blinding and great).

"Do It Again" articulates at a belting but bruising clobbering in bombastic heat as fast and furious meltdowns outburst with wildly rushing sharpness, where potent tonalities strike with sonically seamless & relentless pursuits that motivate you with classy enthusiasm. Feel-good party rock best describes this record so far! "Kid Blood" chisels with methodical but flexible fundamentals in charging with radically wicked overdoses on panache & strong performances tenfold. Rollicking with some tasteful stomps, pounding persistency & thrilling momentum that throttles you with prodigiously prestigious smacks that smoulder with unique craftsmanship grinds amongst a slaying utilization on upbeat songwriting musicianship memorability which will make you humfully chant, bop heads to while tapping feet and dance excitingly with fists & horns held high.

"Don't Be Afraid" chops bashfully and mightily with sulphurous mobility, where rugged stability infectiously injects a groundbreaking yet venomous jolt on monolithic but electrifying heaviness while songs like the titular track & "Got To Play Some Rock N Roll" resonates with piercing pandemonium equalities from an intense guest appearance from guitar titan John Schreffler who performs viciously with this speedy solo stridently. While another grande vocal premise from Tommy organs with potential talent, loft & furore that flairs with profuse prominence. These two rev with old school significance, reminding me heavily of rock 'n roll steely speed masterminds MOTORHEAD & SAXON with their own fashionable blend of pristine precision immeasurably well. The penultimate track: "The Longevity" spices things up with diligently detailed fabrications in immense impulse, thick & beefy but high-paced pummellings with the modernized virulence while salubriously roundhousing with skillful potential that makes me question why Gene Simmons thinks rock is dead when it is striving marvellously well with releases such as this.

Overall concluding "Beat Up By Rock 'N Roll" with the finishing epic: "Power Of Three" which introduces a brilliant component with the Hammond B3 represented by Doug Organ and some neat Saxophone varies this album diversely with this flourishing flow in inventive classic melodic rock characteristics in which marvel with brutal grooves, arduous drumming & euphonik but rowdy vocals/scouring guitars excellently establish an enjoyably entertaining discovery, exceeding original expectations surprisingly thinking this was just another one of those rock records however dead wrong I was - this made me want to replay this one a good handful of times. A refreshing spin of splendid rock 'n roll mayhem to show you & your mates off to, TOMMY'S ROCKTRIP offers a spectacle of STEEL PANTHER-esque fun which most certainly outdone themselves greatly here.
