Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: SUPREME COURT; signed via Monomatic Records, hailing from Finnish grounds - performing Heavy Metal, on their 9th album entitled: "Been A While"  (released in July 2021).

Since formation in 1999; the quartet in question have 4 Demos, 4 EPs and 1 Full-Length Album in their discography so far entitled "Been A While". Over 10 years in the making, the Finnish powerhouse were under a rather lengthy hiatus... however, the time has come to unveil upon the world their new Heavy Metal opus which ranges from 11 tracks that lasts at around 49:21 - SUPREME COURT arrange an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Heavy Metal developments.

Opening up with this thundering riff; the frontman Jussi Lee on vocals/guitars excels at an elementary force on a hefty harmony, executing chiselling grooves and hardened chords which yell with profusely robust pipes that showcase raspy throatiness while fusing deep grovels which unleash at a flaring but fiercely aggressive bellow amongst a frolicking firepower expertise. "Vertigo" starts things off with sturdy thuds & rip-roaring gnarliness as distorted calamities are attributed to a distorted element in boisterously bouncy adrenaline, as hybrid experimentation executes a barrage frenzy of rollicking weight on tight panache. "No Pulse" speeds things up a notch, where rampantly rompy piledrives that rumble with reverberating mobility - motoring with punchy solidities & uniquely versatile vehemence where sulfurous yet towering jumpiness trailblazes with killer laceration stability throughout this rawly rough synergy of punk ridden, galloping chaos.

Consisting of Tuomas K on guitar/backing vocals, supplied with riveting rhythms & dexterously dynamic frolicks. Chugging away with quintessential virtuosity, skyrocketing mayhem & melodious manifestations of potently vibrant crunchiness as "Sinsoaked" clobbers eardrums with slaying grinds, followed by piercing pandemonium on organic yet rapidly nimble substance... where rambunctious yet thumpy & venomously infectious injections of some meaty maelstrom technicalities that will rivet your soul and bang heads in no time. Tino on bass (and backing vocals) flickers his axe with steely precision, progressively volatile zeal & vivacious impact - coupled together with the slamming drum hammering from battering smacker Olli. All portray a concrete slab of mighty riffage, relentless seamlessness & sonic triggerings which is profound in songs like "First Bite".

"Tideturner'' swerves with more monolithic melody; surging with strident tonality while strong performances pursue with stompy snarls that smear speakers with gritty agility, fluid flamboyance and distinctively distinguished harmonies which pummel with grovelling chisels amongst a euphonic but high-pitched singing stability - while the titular track distils at a hazy but high-octane premise of lean yet mean songwriting musicianship qualities. "Röökibiisi'" attributes gnarly but impactful hints of melodic acoustics, electrifying heft and clobbering persistence. The vocals stem from grunty but uproarious perseverance, while "Out Of Slumber'' soars with rigorous ramifications on dexterously dynamic diligence & vigor which oscillates with profuse robustness, solidified with slabbing empowerments amongst an intriguing hybrid on intense instrument equalities as well as professional singing talent.

"Ghosts Of Yesteryear" continues to trance you with momentous yet primitive outbursts on trembling but amplified enthusiasm, quirky snappiness & meticulous yet volatile punchline uproar that ruthlessly smears into you like a battering ram of sludgy, rampaging mayhem. While the penultimate belter "Another Good Man Gone" articulates with wondrously intoxicating headiness, where stoner tempos bruise eardrums with smacking force - fabricating at an intensely immense bombast that strikes with pounding mass and dense grandeur while the overall concluding banger "Straight To The Source'' completes the record with thrashy significance.

Bottom line; SUPREME COURT are a total slap to the face, impulsing you with nothing but fiercely captivating bashfulness which will make you want to break chairs over other chairs in no time.
