This is the second album from Nite Stinger who are Hard Rock band from Sao Paulo Brazil. The band released their self titled debut album in 2021,drawing their influences from the likes of Motley Crue,Ratt,Def Leppard & Poison.Over  the past few years  Nite Stinger have shared the stage with legendary bands such as Europe,Eclipse,Hardcore Superstar, also in 2024 playing at the Summer Breeze Festival. On stage, Nite Stinger is pure electricity, heavy riffs, pounding drums and choruses that make the crowd raise their fists, singing along. In January 2026 Nite Stinger are going to turn the volume up to 11 with "What The Nite Is All About"

Starting with an impromptu countdown for a spaceship mission,we hit 0 and the album blasts off igniting into some solid guitar riffs, the rhythm flows with modern elements "You Know Why" has a simple & catchy chorus,a very good start to the album. The opening riffs  "You Own Way To Be" and instantly i'm transported back in time to that 12 old kid that discovered the likes of Ratt.Motley Crue etc,the guitar solo is blazing, the riffs razor sharp and the vocals ooze attitude,"The Night Is Over" continues the momentum, the chorus with those gang style backing vocals help contribute to deliver an arse kicking chorus,a definite crowd pleasing track, which the 12 year old me would have been in awe of & loved.now 50 I still love it! "Love & Freedom" is a track which steps back on the energy, still a good track, full of great groove, guitar touches, but less pull in the chorus,"Only You" is full of great hooks, flows along smoothly with more of a melodic sound which is very much led by some excellent guitar work.

For the 2nd half of the album "Fantasy" has gritty riffs, pounding drums from the off, with more vocals from Jack Fahrer that fit perfectly within the track,I would have liked to have heard a more rawer sound instead of the glossy production but apart from that a great track in the vein of their influences. For the title track Steve Rochelle of legendary Hair Metal band Tuff joins in on vocals, this is more like that raw sound I wanted,a scorching track which has Sunset Strip vibes, great energy, another arse kicking track."High Above" even after a few plays I still felt that the verses and bridge are good, but the chorus does not really ignite the track to make it pop,not as great as the former tracks for more of a filler track, than a killer track."Highway Bound" sees Nite Stinger get back in the zone, the track gallops along on the musical front, the vocals fit perfectly to bring another energetic rocker."All The Love That You Need" is the only ballad style track & what a tune it is,starting with some nice synth touches, superb guitars,a heartfelt emotional vocal.80's sound with melodic vibes, and man! The chorus is so good! This would have been played to death back in the 80's just superb. The album closes with some solid energy with the solid rocker "Reach The Sky" the perfect album closer.

Nite Stinger have delivered a solid,80's influenced second album which on the whole delivers.I felt at times the production was a bit overdone maybe it should have been stripped back just a little bit to allow that raw energy to flow through a bit more. But there's no denying that this album has some absolute bangers!Highly recommended! A solid album to kick off 2026 in fine style, which is available via Pride & Joy Music on 23rd January 2026.
