What do you get when you're from Finland, you try to play progressive metal and to be more specific, when you try to immitate groups like Dream Theater? Well I guess you're expecting an answer like well you get Malpractise(?)...What can I say my dear readers? This is a group that called it quits before their first album (correct me if I'm wrong but there is no information about any previous albums ANYWHERE in the freaking world) was released.So Actually there is not much to say about these guys. Their only album (Malpractise of Shape and Balance) is a non rewardable effort to play one of my favorite genres of metal...progressive. Boy I feel so disappointed! First of all I can hardly hear the bass playing, the drums aren't anything special, the vocals are lousy, it makes me feel terribly bored and the second track (Static progress) is a false attempt to immitate the best progressive metal group, Dream Theater (Metropolis Part I ). Oh for crying out loud if you think all progressive groups are...music...and you listen to this album...and you like it, well I'll let you kick the crap out of me! :-p

P.S. The least boring song is...The Remembrance but it reminds me of Sentenced (even though sentenced are not progressive metal).
