The Dirty Affair

Somehow it seems that lots and lots of bands actually starting a new generation of music, or its deliviry via something unseen; yep, being unique af. Talking about diversity, that little thing I like in creations, the talentful scale or ones mosaic. These Italian chaps have it, and they slam it all along this album.
Coming from Brescia, Italy and basing themselves within Progressive Metal with huge amount of Popular music rooted within its core, this dirty company founded KEZIA somewhen is 2013. "The Dirty Affair" manifest has been released on 5th of May, this year. A post scriptum note - watch outta, this is one funny, yet awesomely hooking beat, I won't lie.
"The Dirty Affair" is actually something that goes from one side of emotions to the farthest one on the other side of emotion-scale; you can feel the pure and innocent loving theme and then, next song is socially bombastic rhythm.
This song deserves an entire paragraph - "The Dirty Affair (Between Pelican And Bear)", yep, the name says it all, heck yes! Even though it's a song numero 3 in the list, I have to start with this one; the catchments, the diversity and clarity - just encore. This song, this, I dare to say, this opus, has it all, everything one album, one album should have, and they placed it within this lay, man! The amount of 90's Pop music blended with harsh vocals with such an awesome riff - in one moment you will be thinking: "Wooa didn't know I played KORN", but then you'll be like - dayum, this is some ABBA's and/or TOTO's good looking shit! , and then at the moment of its blossoming you'll ask yourself is this some Hollywood best-seller's music theme? The epical moments, valorous theme within Pop/Rock based around Progressive Metal is just amazing. Thank you. In my humble ears this song should be rated with 20/10! But, please, take a note about the story behind this manifest - as they say: "It's so unfair to insult, without trying to figure out, after all love is life even though it's weird".
The rest of "The Dirty Affair" will mainly stay within these borders upper song has been explained; "Sneakers" and "Quendo" - KORN-ish or PAIN OF SALVATION-ish Industrial Pop Metal stuff. "Treesome" and "Before I Leave" - PopRock from 90's period when things were Alternative, yet based around commercial knowledge. "Ebola" the right example of Rock and Roll-ish symphony; also, the Cabare moment with Axl Rose scream at the end, bravo.
In and out, this album has a freaking lot of things, feelings, talent, righteous form to offer; maybe in some little moments you'll find an amount you maybe don't wanna listen to, a sound that goes off the common limit, but please, don't judge this creation. For someone whom has grown up within Pop music from late 80's and 90's and as a metalhead (an extreme one), I am not ashamed of that, and this, this is the deal I will enjoy in! Keep it up guys, and rock on!
