Heart Line are an AOR/Melodic band which hail from France and are considered the best band in this genre from their country. Their debut album “Back In The Game” released in 2021.Two years later the follow up album “Rock N' Roll Queen” followed ,with also that year an EP of covers entitled “Original Seeds” was also released. Now in 2025 Heart Line are back with 12 new tracks with their third offering on Pride & Joy Music  “Falling Heaven”. Heart Line have always been inspired by the 80's and influences which shine through in their music. The album was produced guitarist Yvan Guillevic with the album mastered by Brett Caldas Lima at Tower Studios, with the album artwork & graphics created by Stan W Decker.

Owning the first two Heart Line albums I was excited to hear their third album and I was hoping that they avoid the dreaded third album curse which bands fear. A dramatic keys & guitar intro build up my anticipation then “Fire In The Sky” launches, a powerful start with fast tempo, bold riffs with a soaring infectious chorus with a lush melodic guitar solo & fantastic key riffs, ”God Has A Plan” just kick ass with its powerful heavy riffs ,drums & bass with a hot guitar solo from Yvan Guillevic. “Everytime You Smile” is a great AOR number which transports you to the 80's , Emmanuel Creis delivering great vocals ,the bass groove which brings the song home near the end is a nice touch from Dominique Braud. The title track has a very Dokken ,House Of Lords feel to it especially the chorus and guitar riffs & vocals. ”Liar” & “You Crossed The Line” are fantastic melodic gems Jorris Guilbaud keyboard runs & chords are exquisite, catchy and sublime, anthemic catchy hooks & choruses. The albums power ballad “Silent Dreamers much in the Journey & Foreigner vein, a radio friendly track with great vocals, that powerful chorus which you can sing a long to and of course that fantastic soaring guitar solo. Heart Line turn up the heat Walter Français delivering heavier drums fast paced with “We Rule The Night” which is another fierce track. ”I Don't Want To Live Without You” is classic American AOR sounding so smooth, cool and excellent vocals. ”Love Song” has that 80's pop rock American arena rock sound which I so wish would hit the charts again. The closer “Broken Heart” again a powerful closing track has that Firehouse /Bon Jovi style about it scorching guitar work, key work, rhythm and vocal.

Heart Line have stepped it up a gear with their third opus, this is their best album yet. I love the way they have blended in some heavier tracks with some classic AOR/Melodic ones to bring some light and shade. If you love plenty of catchy tracks with great vocals, guitar solos ,cool keyboard touches with 80's sound & nostalgia then this an album that you need to hear and not miss.
