Gyaos:Diabolical - In Accordance With The Prophecy album cover

GYAOS: DIABOLICAL is back! This American Blackened Crossover Thrash act is back with his second full-length release, "In Accordance With The Prophecy ", set to release on the January 13th, 2023, followed by his debut release, "Let the Vultures Speak", released back in 2021.
The first track I want to discuss is "Burn the World". The fourth song on the record and the tasted single for the upcoming release, "Burn the World", "is an introspection of the world today, specifically the alpha inhabitants who continue to crank up the conflict and bile poisoning everything, planet and society alike, with little regard for the consequences" -this relentless song harkens back to the beginnings of crossover thrash consisting of an audio clip (pushed in the background), fast-galloping/charging thrash beats, cutting barb-wire riffage and snarling vocals.

The following two tracks, I would like to talk about is the sixth track, "Shadow Is the Damned", which injects a darkening gloomy atmosphere through descending patterns and groovy riffage and utterly low tones, galloping/charging thrash beats and snarling vocals. The next track on the topic is the closing piece, "Katahdin Is Risen", where this track is more extended, running time of seven minutes (while the other nine tracks are two-three minutes of runtime), opening up with epic anthem drum strikes. Strange atmosphere pushed in the background, followed suit with a spoken audio clip -then a surge of relentless aggression of blackened thrash finishes off the piece.

"In Accordance With The Prophecy", in my opinion, is a full-length that's full of life and full of energy from the moment of pressing that play button with its outrage of aggression, driving rhythms, and fast-galloping/charging thrash beats. At the same time, "In Accordance With The Prophecy" presents a slice of relentless anger which bleeds through the album, which also consists of drawing together extremes of thrash with elements of black metal and short hardcore punk duration tracks (apart from the closing piece)
