Metal maniacs, rejoice! I'm proud to present to you: EMPIRE; reissued via Pride & Joy Music, hailing from England/the glory of Germany - performing Heavy Metal/Rock, on their 4^th album entitled: "Chasing Shadows"

Since formation in 2001; the quintet in question have 3 albums behind them, I'm introduced to their 4^th album: "Chasing Shadows". 11 tracks of hard-hitting power; ranging at around 48:15, the quartet deliver a solid slab of intricately designed Heavy Metal characteristics. As soon as the titular track begins; I immediately notice an organic aesthetic of savagely sinister songwriting/sound production equalities. Doogie White on vocals notably has a wide arrange of vocalization attributions, that distinctly mimics and sounds like SAXON's Biff Byford in his own developed way. "The Alter" supplies crushing instrumental proficiency, injecting a groovy substance of diligent domination to the body that prescribes relentless stimulation in which motivates the soul with robust strength. "Mother Father Holy Christ" has a catchy chorus with more pulverizing orchestrations that's just delightfully brilliant, adroit riffs and solos manifested with concrete tones.

Consisting of complex dexterity from guitarist Rolf Munkes; who showcases an efficient amount of consistent melodies that are filled with an energetic formula, and prominent executions. "Sail Away" slows things down while keeping that weighted sound in full check, still flourishing with high-pitched vocals and bouncy implementations that keeps things elegantly unique. Powerhouse bassist Neil Murray contributes a dynamic array of harmonic tempos in which collides with thunderous patterns of neo-classical amalgamations, "Child Of The Light" is a ballad of sorts - it keeps things thumping while having dramatic establishments gracefully performed. Mike Terrana on drums distributes pummeling effectiveness in the song "Tahiqwan Nights", with its hasty approach and enlightening fulfillments of gritty malice and distinguished elements make this a record positively entertaining all round so far.

"Manic Messiah" is a slower yet heavy metallic anthem in which contrasts with blistering musicianship that causes immensely chaotic mayhem, this is perhaps one of my favorite tracks on the record with its exquisite rhythmic value. "Angel And The Gambler" portrays the band's radio-friendly methods, as the vocals balance with tasteful diversity in the strikingly bombastic organizations that's been commendably created. "A Story Told" is another memorable jam, with its mid-tempo moderation and upbeat chorus segments, which presents a captivating listen. "The Rulers Of The World" has more groovy power & profusely stages with unprecedented technical mechanisms which progressives with satisfying presentations, it reminds me a little of "Warriors Of The World" by MANOWAR. Overall concluding with "A Night Light This", I was pleasantly surprised with this one - it's one that all music fans will appreciate for sure.<
