The Rock guitarist Billy Morris, from Cleveland Ohio, started his career with the band KIDD WICKED.  Later, he played with various projects, touring for QUIET RIOT (2005), and with MR. BIG's guitarist Paul Gilbert. Together, they performed on the Beehive Live Project.  He also toured with POISON, WHITESNAKE, RATT, and many other bands. This taught him a high level of professionalism and excellence that he uses on stage today.  He is also now lead guitarist in the Glam Rock band TUFF.  He later formed the BILLY MORRIS BAND that became BILLY MORRIS AND THE SUNSET STRIP. This album offers various kinds of good music as Rock, Pop, 80's Rock or Ballads.  It is always dynamic and joyful. There is no sad or slow song to break the tempo.

"Lose Control" opens the album with a great Rock tone that we find back in other songs as "Party Like The Weekend Never Ends" that sounds like a good QUEEN song (fresh and powerful),or "Dressed Up Like A Millionaire" with a more classical Rock N Roll structure.  "Hook It Up" offers a dynamic and powerful tempo, as "Dissolve" is not so erratic but a great Rock with a clear and nice chorus.  "You Wont See Me Coming" ends this album with a last moment of good Rock N Roll, as it opened, in a really good way.

We have good ballad songs as "Holdin All The Aces" (with a good guitar solo) and "When I Fall" to enjoy different skills of the band during more quiet moments, fitting well with all the other songs of the album. "All The Right Words"  would be a more melancholic tempo, but is not a sad song and is a nice and smooth track.  We also can find Pop/Rock songs as "You Set Me Up (The Hand Gun Song)" , that sends us back to the 60's, or "Mr Ed" which is a little bit more Rock-tempered and also a nice song to listen to. 1980's Rock is represented here by inviting songs like "Stop Me," "I Don't Know How To Quit," or "Cold and Bittersweet," which is a more cool-toned song but a nice song as we loved them in the 80's with backing vocals, a nice melody, and a guitar solo.
