3D House Of Beef - Low Cycle album cover

Dark, powerful, and overwhelming. Since 1993, the acoustic warfare known as 3D House Of Beef have struck dumb many an unsuspecting listener and show attendee. 3D House Of Beef throws down a sonic gauntlet big enough to park planets in.
LOW CYCLE, the sludge groups 5th album, produced and engineered by Alex Newport (Fudge Tunnel, Nailbomb, Will Haven, At The Drive In) and released worldwide by Lunasound Recording is a festival of all that is wrong with the world. We wanted to explore further sonic extremes, to take back heavy music and draw a new line in the sand. ,explains guitarist Nial McGaughey. On this discomforting release there are 9 new songs laid down by the band and mastered at Plant Studios in Sausalito,California.
3D HOUSE OF BEEF just don't seem to fit into anyone's comfortable little mold. Like EYEHATEGOD, GRIEF, BURNING WITCH and NOOTHGRUSH they are almost too heavy and metallic for the hardcore kidz to fully appreciate.
I have to admit, i don't like too much this kind of music but those guys really know how to rock. They are too non-conformist and too individualistic for the clone loving doom metal masses. Their quirky use of industrial embellishments and their professional demeanor even sets them apart. Extreme metal fans should try them.
