0N0 is an Experimental Industrial Doom Death Metal from Bratislava/Slovakia. Formed in 2005, the band had previously released two full-length albums. "Unwavering Resonance" is their third, and contains four tracks. "Clay Weight" opens the album. It begins with a very heavy riff and some dissonance in the background ambiance. The vocals are horrid utterances as the riff begins to build layers of cold, sterile sounds. It moves forward with these awful, hate filled tones along with near chaotic instrumentation that does not follow any particular melody line.

"Shattering" is a shorter offering that features some meter shifting in the opening sequence. From there, the sound returns very similar to the opening song, with very little discernable melody. The sound begins to swell headed towards the ending, with dialed up lawlessness. "Unwavering Resonance" opens with clean vocals and a bit of a smoother sound. But they are dashed quickly with the return of filthy vocals and guitars. One thing that I like about the sound is the band's refusal to play by the rules. One could even argue that the structure they create are not like what you would call a typical "song." The clean vocals return towards the end.

"Wander the Vacant Twilight" closes the album. Soft, mellow tones open the song, along with some background ambiance. Heavy, punishing passage and interspersed. Each time they rear their head, they are a little more brutal. As the song moves forward, the boundaries blur. Overall, this album is barbaric and ruthless in its delivery. Nearly devoid of all melody, the focus is on pushing frigid, bleak fundamentals along with sterile, guttural vocals. Although the four sounds sounded fairly similar to one another, the point is made in a fairly straightforward method.
