PARADISE LOST gave the Israeli crowd another visit; after years since the last time they came. They stormed the Barby club at the coolest city in Israel (and maybe the middle east) – Tel-Aviv, and every fan was psyched with excitement.

Many people came to see the show, some young and some old. It was very easy to see how much the fans appreciate these guys and how big of a following they've gathered, even here in Israel. By the time they started playing, around 22:00, the place was already packed and it seemed at least 800-1000 people attended.

Once they started, the entire crowd was jumping up and down and the place absolutely shook with energy. It was quite hypnotizing, really. They played songs from most of their major and iconic albums, and it was delightful to listen to the legendary Nick Holmes repeat constantly how much they love the Israeli crowd and how much they enjoy playing here. With every tune the band played the fans immediately started moshing. PARADISE LOST naturally steered the crowd and motivated everyone to sing, dance, and jump, and the crowd interacted as per.

Overall it was about an hour and a half of solid performances, quality music (including hits from their latest LP), and truly energetic and passionate elite metal musicians. I remember exiting the club when the show ended, feeling bewildered by how much fun it was and how many people came; Silently hoping the next time PARADISE LOST hits Israel for a show won't be too long.
