Minneapolis, MN extreme tech-death solo outfit,XYTHLIAannounce the reissue of the critically acclaimed full-length, "Immortality Through Quantum Suicide". The 12 track album will be released on two vinyl variants, for the first time, via Translation Loss Records.

XYTHLIAis the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist and visionary, Nick Stanger (also of ASHBRINGER). Fusing extreme tech-death with grind, harsh noise, and masterful soundscapes, Stanger drives unrelenting chaos through the heart of deadly, genre-jumping sonic journeys. "Immortality Through Quantum Suicide", which was originally released in 2020, received high praise from Heavy Blog Is Heavy, Metal Injection, No Clean Singing, Stereogum, and more.

About "Immortality Through Quantum Suicide", and the reissue, Stanger comments:"This album was my outlet for the apocalyptic emotions that went along with the early outbreak of COVID - as the vast majority of it was made frantically and obsessively in the 6 weeks or so that I had away from my day job at the very beginning of everything. I'd always wanted to make an absolutely batshit tech death record at some point, and it turned out that the state of the world at the time was extremely helpful in inspiring me to make something that sounds unrelentingly vile in the way that I needed it to. It's kind of like my anxiety manifesto. I''m extremely excited that this album is getting the vinyl treatment from a label that puts a lot of care into the quality and aesthetics of their records. I'm confident that this will be the ideal listening format for this album.

Along with the announcement of the reissue,XYTHLIAhave also penned a deal with Translation Loss Records. About the signing, Stanger comments: "I'm very thrilled that anyone liked this record at all, so it's a great pleasure that I get to work with Translation Loss for this project that I really had no preconceived expectations for. My first experience with this label was blind buying a copy of Rosetta'sThe Galilean Satellitesat a thrift store by my grandma's old house. That was in high school and fairly early in my first delve into "post-metal", which collectively was a big influence on the latest couple Ashbringer records. Translation Loss has always been a label with a vision, and I couldn't be happier to get to work with them now."
