Molten wax for metal maniax! WAX MANIAX, New York's curators of classic metal and rock on vinyl, continue their romp through metaldom's vaults with the announcement of two new releases for April from CLOVEN HOOF and VENOM.
Drawing accolades from such iconic figures as Robert Plant and Rob Halford upon its release, CLOVEN HOOF's essential self-titled debut album has been out of print and unavailable on vinyl since its initial release in 1984.
Wax Maniax are proud to bring this cult metal crusher back to vinyl, meticulously re-mastered and packaged with the original jacket artwork plus a bonus full color insert featuring several previously unpublished photos from the original album shoot and lyrics and extensive liner notes from bassist and founding member, Lee Payne. The exclusive "Hordes of Hellfire" variant will be available on red and yellow colored vinyl and includes a bonus 7" featuring two previously unreleased recordings and is limited to 250 copies and available exclusively from

For the first time ever on vinyl, Wax Maniax proudly presents this essential collection of demos, unreleased studio tracks, out-takes, alternate mixes and radio cues from NWOBHM / speed / black metal pioneers VENOM, recorded during the band's glory years of 1980-1985. Originally compiled and planned for release by Neat Records in the late 80's, Skeletons In the Closet was shelved for several years and eventually released in 1993 by Castle Communications and on CD only. This first ever vinyl release for the title has been lavishly packaged in a full color double gatefold LP jacket featuring rare photos and clippings plus an insert with track by track reflections from guitarist Mantas and drummer Abaddon. The exclusive "Cauldron" vinyl variant is limited to 150 copies and will be available to order exclusively from Wax Maniax beginning April 11th.
Both titles will be available on store shelves throughout North America beginning April 28th.
