Canadian Melodic Death/Progressive Metal band Vindictive Regeneration released their debut self-titled album. The album was recorded at "VR Productions" by Paul Messier.

Vindictive Regeneration was formed in 2020 at Calgary, Alberta by Paul E. Messier (vocal/guitar), Jeffrey Kohld Kelly (bass) and David Lanas (drums). The band's debut album tells a story of a man with schizophrenia in the post apocalypse who receives a vision that the world he lives in is digital and can end it by going to a control center and entering a code to emit a frequency that will free everyone from the digital reality.
