Florida death metal progenitors OBITUARY are hitting the road on Friday, October 23 for five weeks of dates alongside fellow old-school extreme metal vets Carcass, Napalm Death, and Voivod! The tour will see OBITUARY tearing through fifteen countries in the UK and Europe, and will also include an appearance at Speedfest in the Netherlands. Further support will come from Buffalo, NY's Herod. A complete listing of dates is available below.
The Deathcrusher tour follows OBITUARY's numerous worldwide festival appearances, which included Full Terror Assault Fest in the US, LoudPark Festival in Japan, Wacken in Germany, Hellfest in france, Maryland Deathfest, and many others. The band's tour also precedes the first-ever occurrence of the annual Florida Metal Fest, which was founded by the band and will be held this January 2016 in Tampa.
OBITUARY's most recent album & Relapse debut Inked In Blood (released last year) debuted at #75 on the Billboard Album Chart, marking the group's highest sales week ever and first debut in the Top 200.
