In 2019 Naestved Metalfest opened its doors, for the first time, to the largest and heaviest metal festival south of Copenhagen. Already 14 days before the festival opened we could raise the sold out sign. For August 2020 we will do it all again, just bigger!
Instead of one day, we will have two days and thus we also open up for twice as many guests as last year. On August 28 & 29, 2020 things will get wild in Naestved!
The intention for Naestved Metalfest has always been to look beyond the borders of the country, so we can now already reveal that the French metal band DAGOBA will co-headline one of the two days!

In addition to DAGOBA, we can look forward to see Silkeborg death metal kings DAWN OF DEMISE, Danish singing hardcore band NYT LIV and the young death metal band WAYWARD DAWN from Skanderborg, who is currently in the studio with Jacob Bredahl to complete their second album. More bands will be announced on an ongoing basis.

Naestved Metalfest 2020 takes place on 28 & 29 August 2020 at Kongebryg. A great experience in South Zealand with the rustic facilities of the popular local brewery and venue. Thus, special beer will be brewed for the occasion and there will be a large selection of stalls with food, drinks and merchandise.
A bus trip from Copenhagen to Naestved Metalfest is arranged in collaboration with Club Dark. The obvious opportunity to get one in the experience outside the Capital. Bus ride from Zeppelin Rock Bar on Vesterbro Torv to one of Denmark's best breweries with metal concerts on top of the hat, all in the beautiful surroundings of the old Gardehusar barracks.
