At long last, Portland, Oregon bastions of seventies-infused riff-doom are rewarding fans with a tour in support of their titanic latest album, Holy Grove II. Having previously performed alongside such heavyweights as Royal Thunder and Windhand and commanded a slot at Psycho Las Vegas, the band is chomping at the bit to bring their big and dramatic brand of soulful blues-doom to the people.

Says frontwoman Andrea Vidal:

"We couldn't be more excited to be heading out on our first tour since releasing "II" last November. We're meeting up with several of our favorite bands during this two-week trek, and playing many cities for the first time since starting out in 2012. Expect the best! We plan on leaving it all on the stage night after night, and hope to see you there."

Formed in 2012 via Craiglist as strangers, Holy Grove grew together as humans and musicians over the next four years. Releasing their self-titled debut in 2016, they went on to storm stages in the United States and Europe in a mass of swinging hair and raw power.

Behind the chugging riff-power of guitarist Trent Jacobs and bassist Gregg Emley and the searing, soulful vocals of Andrew Vidal, a singer whose range and dynamics are as indebted to Ann Wilson as to Tina Turner, the band raised the stakes with last year's Holy Grove II on Ripple Music. This is band whose raw power and unbridled energy deserves to be seen as well as heard, so it's certainly a welcome return to the road as they prepare to demolish stages across the Western USA.
