Tomorrow, on October 2st, 2020, Noizegate Records will finally be kicking it off: The six week-long application phase for bands from all over the world, wanting to snatch one of 15 highly desired slots on the compilation, will begin. Applications for interested bands and musicians are open at www.brutalvision.com from 10/01/2020 until 11/15/2020.
To make sure that we reach as many bands and musicians as possible, especially during the Corona pandemic, that's been affecting so many artists, we're sincerely asking you for your support to draw attention to the project by highlighting it on your pages and social media.

BRUTAL VISION - some quick facts:
=> BBRUTAL VISION is the label sampler of NOIZGATE Records. Besides contributions by the label's own bands as well as some favorites of the label crew, it features 15 blank spots left open for bands and musicians from all over the world to apply for, since NOIZGATE Records also sees the sampler as a way of supporting newcomers and underdogs, who might otherwise never get a label deal or probably even release a track.
=> Interested rock bands from all over the world are invited to apply with their tracks at www.brutalvision.de from 10/01/2020 to 11/15/2020 for a slot on the sampler.
=> For registered bands the participation is free of charge. Only bands who can deliver a track in a suitable CD quality (WAV-format, 44.1 kHz, 16 Bit, Stereo) should apply, though. Barred from the competition are cover bands, the provision of cover songs resp. copyright reserved songs/lyrics (as long as the copyright does not belong to the applying band) and bands representing a right-wing, racist, homophobic or otherwise discriminating mindset.
=> A label jury will select 30 finalists from all submissions, who will be taking part in an online voting, running from 12/04/2020 until 12/18/2020. The 15 top-rated songs from the voting will be released on BRUTAL VISION Volume 4.
=> The motto of the fourth edition of BRUTAL VISION is freely adapted from Lemmy: 'Born to loose? Live to change!!'. The artwork is a homage to the front cover of the legendary album 'Ace Of Spades' by Motörhead, adorned by Laura Gierl (THE TEX AVERY SYNDROME), Mara Bach (MIR ZUR FEIER) and Jenny Jansen (GHOSTHER). As to its message, BRUTAL VISION Volume 4 deals with mankind's way of gambling with our planet's future - drawing a gloomy, dystopian, as well as a hopefull, utopian vision of the future.
