The Von Hertzen Brothers-yes, they are indeed siblings- have announced a jaunt around Europe this September in support of their critically acclaimed new album, 'New Day Rising'. The tour sees the Finnish maestros playing two headline shows in the UK ' firstly, stopping off on the south coast to perform at Talking Heads, Southampton, on September 2nd, before making their way to the big city, where they will play at The Underworld, Camden, on September 4th.

We were aiming for an honest, all-embracing declaration of love for someone who stands beside us through storms and rain. Soundscape-wise, we wanted it to be very '90s, and to achieve this we wrote a string orchestration that The Manics would be proud of!"
