Los Angeles, California, May 5, 2015 ' Rising advocate star Cutie, The Lion Dog will be featured at a highly anticipated special benefit concert sponsored by THE RAZOR KXRZ entitled "Fur-ever Friends: until no dog is left behind" campaign. Cutie, The Lion Dog, is the official mascot for One Spirit, One World, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for homeless and abused dogs while supporting dog adoptions. Cutie, alongside his 'mom' and guardian Geela Parish, an award-winning artist/activist/author, are on a rescue mission to help put an end to the horrors of abuse and homelessness for millions of dogs in an entertaining yet informative way.
Cutie, The Lion Dog, would like to invite everyone to become a dog hero by attending the "Fur-ever Metal" special benefit concert to help support a good cause while having a great time. The concert, featuring local black-thrash metal legends WITCHAVEN, will be held on June 13, 2015 at The Loaded in Hollywood at 7pm. The event includes raffles and special prizes. This is a 21+ event and will be $5 at the door. All proceeds will go directly to our organization and select no-kill shelters in the San Fernando Valley. With a dazzling outfit, Cutie, The Lion Dog, will be jamming out, signing pawtographs and taking pictures with all his human fans! One Spirit, One World (www.onespiritoneworld.org) is a registered 501©(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the world by supporting human and animal causes with the focus on animals, the environment, education and nonviolence. The organization was founded by award-winning artist activist Geela Parish (www.geela.com) in 2001. Through the organization a number of campaigns were launched such as Operation Healing for the World & Giving with the Stars to help advance the cause of nonviolence and a culture of peace and Fur-ever Friends: until no dog is left behind to help inspire love of dogs and adoption while helping to support no-kill shelters.
