The track hails from the band's debut album, Kadotetut, released this past spring by Svart Records to international critical acclaim, with even Metalsucks.net calling it "the heaviest thing you'll hear all year." Taking influences from early '90s death metal and doom, Vainaja is a three-headed beast from Finland, and their Kadotetut is indeed one of the heaviest records ever made in the Finnish language. Besides the crushing riffs and dark melodies, the album's concept is based on encrypted true events from the past.
