Stephen Pearcy - Fueler album cover

It's year 1990. Multi-platinum US hard rockers Ratt release their last 'original' album. Detonator scores grand sales just before the Grunge typhoon. The album opens up with a killer track entitled Shame shame shame.  Years later - anno 2006 - the 'boomerang' title now applies for ex-Ratt legendary frontman...
It's a shame for artists to betray their basic ideals, now running after the 'current stream'. Fuler - originally released in the USA during , I think, 2005 via Deadline or Pearcy's own Top Fuel Records- is now issued in Europe through the Copenhagen, Denmark offices of Perris Records and I wonder how low such an artist can go.
Awful US crap music, with industrial instrumentation. Distorted vocals here and there, mixed with boring neo-Rock singing. Not a single (hard) Rock tune, as if I'm listening to a whatever-they're-called juvenile Indie-Rock-Industrial US boy band. I was rather suspicious to see how Pearcy would perform like in post-Ratt/Arcade creations. Now, I'm trying to forget...
Just as a note: the European release of Fueler includes three bonus tracks in regards to the US original release. These tracks are better than the rest (don't smile, I said better than the rest).
Ratt's 'legacy' is Dokken-like riff-full guitars, great hooks, metalized soloing and 'teasing' singing. I'm not grumbling; it's a free world and everyone can sing whatever shit he wants. But this is a Rock & Metal mag. Blah, none of it is here. Not even close. Avoid like hell...
