Germany's metal Queen Doro likes to work and get close to her fans. All will be happening, in abundance, for the foreseeable future. With live dates, including a fall North American tour to continue celebrating 30 years in metal, throughout the remainder of this year, once the calendar flips to 2015, Pesch will be ensconced in the studio, to work on the DVD production for the star-studded pair of Dusseldorf shows, from May 2nd-3rd: one with orchestra, other a traditional, band-only affair.

To escape part of the harsh winter, there are plans for a US return, but only to select, warmer, southern locals, like Florida, New Orleans and California. Depending upon geo-political situations, Russia is on the drawing board, but time will tell. Scandinavia is definitely in the cards for the Spring and instead of the usual carousel of summer festivals, management is investigating the possibility of undertaking a German-only Castles & Rose Garden Unplugged tour, going from city-to-city, playing outdoors, in the middle of each city. Anyone who caught their impromptu acoustic set at the BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend knows how impassioned that will be. More information as it becomes available.
