Not My Year
Suicide City

Is the world coming to an end or what? I mean the signs are here: Panagiotis did a review for the new HER, I mean H.I.M. album. Orpheus started liking girls instead of boys. Greg decided to listen to only bands that are more technical than Watchtower. And now is my turn to find in my mailbox this monstrosity, this abomination, this hideous relic that desecrates human existence, this devilish shadow beyond time.
As I was lying, sleeping, dreaming and generally waiting for the correct star alignment to get out of bed, my mom... oops I mean one of my slaves brought a token of appreciation by the local natives. I decided to break the monotony of haunting pathetic mortals in their dreams by using a primitive machine the human race call a CD PLAYER. The album title of the recorded gift was Not My Year, I stood and laugh. Ha, wait to become timeless like me.
OK enough with the Ctulhu deal, this album is terrible and the people responsible for this monstrosity should be executed. Suicide City plays this trendy modern rock that I like the least. No melodies. Why? Is it so hard to write down a harmony on the guitars? I guess so. I have no doubt: tomorrow we might see a videoclip on rotation on eMpTyV. Then again anything that sucks big time gets on rotation over there. I strongly advise all the pure metalheads to start a holy war against such false bands. Can someone lock Suicide City in the same elevator with the almighty Thor so he can pump them until they go... pooooooo? By far one of the gayest albums I have received the last 6.598.369 years.
