Avatar and The Defiled will team up for an extensive European tour in November-December, to follow up the release of their new critically acclaimed album "Hail The Apocalypse", as well as their fall 2013 tour with Avenged Sevenfold and Five Finger Death Punch.

"We promise that we will bring out an incredible live show - we have so many ideas at the moment! We will certainly do something very special, and spend every penny we got back into production. This tour is a chance you'll only get once, now we have to prove what Avatar is really about, on our own stages with our own show. Paying your rent is something you can worry about later" says Avatar drummer John Alfredsson.

Hail The Apocalypse was released in May, 2014 and have reached big success as well in Europe as USA where the single "Bloody Angel" is currently on #24 on Active Rock Radio chart. The album hit Billboard #200 at a rank of #97 the first week on it's release and have now sold over 20 000 copies. It was recorded in Karma Sound Studios, Bang Saray, Thailand in October 2013, mixed by Jay Ruston (Steel Panther, Anthrax) and produced by Tobias Lindell (Europe, Mustasch).
