For the very first time in Australia, local promoters and bands are joining forces for one show united under one banner. On 29 November 2014, promoters & bands in 15 Australian cities will create: METAL UNITED DOWN UNDER

While probably nobody would be surprised that Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney have a metal scene, Alice Springs could come as a news. The Alice, however, has produced great Death Metal bands like Miazma, Exdemission and Uncreation. Darwin might be another unlikely place to suspect metal but it is the annual stage for Top End Terror Fest. Perth, isolated at the very West of Australia, has of course a metal scene and so has Tassie's Hobart, the Australian Capital Canberra and a number of cities like Albury, Sunshine Coast, Wollongong, Dubbo, Newcastle, Central Coast and Bunbury.

The promoters are all now gathering bands and some line-ups are nearly complete. To drop some names: Female fronted Dark Metal band Temtris and industrial Metallers Darkc3ll.
