Tonight we are 4 dates into the legendary GHOST's ''Popestar'' tour in Leeds, and a crowd full of metalheads (along with the odd Nun) gather in the packed venue to see Papa Emeritus and The Nameless Ghouls play a selection of songs to the congregation. Joining the band on tour are ZOMBI, who will be opening the show to a big crowd.

First on stage are the two piece "Zombi", an electronic progressive pair who despite some criticism at first, really please a majority of the crowd by the end of their set.

ZOMBI are a very different opener from what people would usually expect, but some of the most interesting bands have broken out this way and hopefully the same happens for this pair too. Their ¾ of an hour set may have started slowly but by the end they finally have people looking up from their phones and taking notice.

Finally, following a lengthy intro, the legendary GHOST appear on stage; and have the crowd roaring with excitement and singing along to every word.

The set list starts off with newer tracks "Square Hammer" and "From The Pinnacle To The Pit" before venturing into their back catalogue.

Two "sisters of sin" appear on stage for "Body And Blood", serving wine and bread to the crowd whilst the band performs - GHOST are truly great at bring religious themes to life.

But not all shows go to plan! During "Mummy Dust" vocalist Papa Emeritus falls off stage but he recovers swiftly, singing into the crowd on his way up and pleasing many of the fans crammed at the front.

THE NAMELESS GHOULS know how to play up to their reputation, pulling out all the stops for a near flawless show; rocking out all over the stage no matter how much fog lies in their path. Crowd favourites "Ritual" and "Monstrance Clock" close the show with a dramatic end, proving that GHOST are most certainly taking the world by storm.
