This was a day I was really anticipating for… Ozzy Osbourne definitely is a living legend and a person that I remember since I was a little child. Many people were saying that it would be an awful gig, that he can't sing anymore, that he even has no power to stand on the stage and all this stuff. Too bad for them that they missed this awesome show…

Waiting for the show to begin I was looking around watching the people that were coming. Old folks, young people, teenagers, little children with their parents… It was so nice to see so many people of different ages. It's a fact that shows that this music has stood the test of time.

It was about 8 o'clock and the support band POEM started their show. What do I have to say? They definitely weren't a suitable band to open for OZZY. They played this kind of progressive stuff that I personally find awful. It has nothing to do with Heavy Metal. There were some people who enjoyed this band (probably people who are more into this genre), but I personally think that they would perfectly fit with bands like TOOL, PAIN OF SALVATION and this stuff. OZZY need something more classic. Fortunately, they played only for 30 minutes…

At 9 o'clock the 'Prince Of Darkness' hit the stage and the crowd went lunatic! To me it was a complete disappointment to see Gus G. instead of Zakk Wylde up there. It's too bad that he left the band. Most people were happy about Gus G. and they went crazy when Ozzy introduced him but I have a different opinion due to some things I have read in one of his older interviews. Back to the show now.

"Bark At The Moon" was the opening song…What can I say! "Let Me Hear You Scream" was his only choice from his new album and then "Mr. Crowley" broke loose and we all went more and more crazy just like he wanted us to go. "I Don't Know" and then "Fairies Wear Boots" (which I personally love) were next. To tell the truth it wasn't that nice to listen to BLACK SABBATH songs without their other original members, but it's OK. "Suicide Solution", "War Pigs" and then a beautiful moment followed: Ozzy dedicated "Road To Nowhere" to Ronnie James Dio (R.I.P.). It was a really nice moment of this gig.

The show went on and on with songs both from Ozzy's BLACK SABBATH years and his solo career. "Fire In The Sky", "Into The Void", "Shot In The Dark" (which I was anticipating to watch live) and then "Rat Salad" with solo drums and guitar were on. "Iron Man", "Killer Of Giants", "Flying High Again", "I Don't Want To Change The World" and then "Crazy Train" hit us and we were all as crazy as it can get! The band left the stage and by the time they returned I personally was ready to watch just one more song. It was a complete surprise that they played three more songs. "Mama I'm Coming Home", "No More Tears" (where OZZY had a little problem with his voice) and then "Paranoid". In the end he said goodbye with his classic "I love you all!" and "God bless you all!" motto.

Generally all I can say is that this performance was awesome! It was very nice to see a legend acting the way he used to act so many years ago: jumping, clapping his hands, throwing water at the audience and all this stuff. Furthermore, it was a huge surprise that the show lasted for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Most bands play only for 1,5 hour and can't wait to go off stage while Ozzy (we all know his situation) played more and more and enjoyed his show so much. I also have to mention the presence of Sharon Osbourne who was near the stage and was kissing Ozzy every time he went back. We all hate her for many reasons but we have to admit that she supports Ozzy psychologically and this is very good.
