The band began in September 2002 and has released several splits, EP's and many more stuff, has booked some DIY tours and seems to be a really hard working band. To tell you the truth I didn't know them before I have the chance to review this album, but I am damn sure that now that I know them I will surely be checking them out from time to time...
The band's sophomore full-length album, which is the one I am reviewing right now, is definitely a noisy and fucking filthy release by the US based Grindcore act. Combining Grind and Crust sounds, the trio delivers an all out raw energy attack with violent blasts, bestial vocals and some... rather weird parts scattered throughout the album. There is even a strange Rapcore style intro in one of the songs. Anyway, the music is filled with great amounts of paranoia, sickness and of course the essential brutality, and perfectly combines the relentless blasts with a few mid tempo groovy moments that make the album avoid the monotony of the genre.
I am sure that no fan will be disappointed to see one more quality release being added to the band's discography. Grind fans should check it out, the rest should stay away though, songs like Assimilated Pollutants and Built To Blast are definitely not intended for the soft listeners.
