I am proud to present to you: FLESH CONFIGURATION; signed via Vargheist Records, hailing from the United States of America - performing Brutal Death Metal, on their debut EP entitled: "Adapt Swarm Planet" (released May 14th, 2022). Since formation in 2020; the quartet in question have a demo entitled: "Cursed Resurrection" (released January 18th, 2020 , and this here debut EP of which I am entitled to. 6 tracks ranging around 20:36; FLESH CONFIGURATION arranges an intricately designed formula on some heavy-hitting Brutal Death Metal developments.

Opening up with this rampantly rompy manifestation of drum hammering bulldozing from Jared Cave Moran; "Revitalised Impurification" rumbles speakers with snarly meatiness & monstrous thuds of sturdy trembles that piledrive with rambunctiously primitive tightness, overdosing raw rough speeds of vicious intensities and blasphemously profane strikes that pursuit with thrashing madness through momentously volatile mayhem which brutally injects an infectious, caveman-esque bludgeoning embedded. Berserking bass audibility from flickering thumper: Niklas Kveldulfsson slays his axe with monolithic tempo, concretely gritty stompiness & ruthless pandemonium that offers a grindy chug in hasteful hostility. "A Legacy Of Violence" fabricates a dexterously dynamic attribute in extreme noise terror, nothing but an impactful impulse creates a radically wicked fundamental in blistering barrage frenzies and groove-bomb clobbering.

A belting chug gallops ferociously with viciously visceral stridency, speedy velocity quakes the ground into a crumbling foundation on punchy jumpiness & sonically seamless repugnance. "Infinite Despair" distils a chiseling experimentation in rapidly nimble substance & organic swerves of swift throttling mobility from guitarist Blake Scott. Gnarly distortion smacks you with full force adrenaline, as amplified firepower descegration surges with crunchy chops and demo-like sound production density. "Cesspool Vortex Enigma" solidifies with slabby yet sulphurous distinctions in distinguished gutturals from grumbling vocalist Justin Vølus; where throaty soars roar with throaty raspiness, bleeding barks and bellowing shrieks & scouring snares. "Adapt Swarm Planet" so far feels like a full blown beatdown that never seems to end, as the penultimate banger: "Hour of the Sleeper's Rebirth" morphs with bestial barbarity and piercing perseverences of persistent technicalities, sometimes feeling all over the place & most of the time... just savagely sinister which prompts one to want to break chairs over other chairs in an inhuman rampage of beastly evolution.

Overall concluding "Adapt Swarm Planet" with the finishing epic: "Necrotic Spire"; I am compelled to say that FLESH CONFIGURATION are a typical maelstrom within this subgenre of Brutal Death Metal, there's nothing worth obsessing over much but it's surely simplistic in design should you be a man of simple prerogatives. It's borderline Brutal Death Metal, worthy of spinning a couple of times should your evil empowering fantasies possess you unleash total ruination towards those who cross an unworthy path. An enjoyably bashing experience, while short but deadly, this will surely keep one satisfied should this subgenre fabricate a desire through you. A discovery conjuring up synergetic stability amongst beefy aesthetics for good, foreboding grandeur. It should keep one busy as we wait until the next release, my only gripe is the mix of the tonality & progression... which feels disarranged so something maybe to look into probably once the next release hits, do give a listen if you please easily in this territory though, and have at it.
