Kulte Primitivster Verehrung
Tot Aus Dem Wald
Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: TOT AUS DEM WALD; signed via Wolfmond Production, hailing from the glory of Germany - performing Black Metal, on their debut album entitled: "Kulte Primitivster Verehrung" (released May 31st, 2020).
Since formation in 1997; the soloist in question has 4 Demos, "Hardcore-Noir" (released September 21st, 2013); "Rendezvous Der Finsternis" (released October 11th, 2014), "Adresse: Friedhof" (released July 26th, 2016); "Auf Den Schultern Seiner Lügen" (released June 25th, 2018) and this here debut album that I am introduced to entitled: "Kulte Primitivster Verehrung". 9 tracks ranging at around 24:08; TOT AUS DEM WALD arrange an intricately designed formula of some heavy-hitting Black Metal developments.
Opening up with the introductory chimes of daunting eerieness and haunting static, "Läuterer" bombards eardrums with this intense fabrication of rawly rough rage and extreme aggression. An arsenal filled to the brim, assembling an amplified calamity of uniquely versatile vehemence & this rampent whirlwind of rapidly swift nimbleness that trailblazes with progressively technical synergies which storm with tempestuous mayhem.
Consisting of Das Kakophonieä who performs on everything; a soloist of immersively intense adrenaline, boisterously bouncy hooks and explosive fretworks that meltdown into a barraged frenzy of organic substance while piledriving with monolithic tempos that surge with this sonically seamless pursuit of riveting madness... this frontman also excels at a blistering attribute of raspy throatiness with wildly rushing snarls that bludgeon into an hybrid dimension of relentlessly stampeding grinds and crunchy distortion in which thunder with skyrocketing grooves for a hostile slab of solid slayings that will make you want to break chairs over other chairs in no time!
"König In Gelb" elements a borderline foundation of punchy jumpiness which rivets with razor-sharp quirkiness, volatile snappiness and a monstrously meaty combustion...fabricating a gnarly implementation of weighty tightness with a dextrously dynamic hint of killer laceration, distilling a bleeding but bulldozing chiselling in which possesses one with this satanic ritual of ominously shredding chaos and radical songwriting musicianship.
"Ewige Flamme" is like a foreboding but diabolical harmony of tormenting maelstroms that unleashes eternal hellfire into your speakers; salubriously pulverizing you with this evil embodiment of blasphemous demonizing...while "Bringer Der Zerstörung" injects an infectiously venomous thump of audible bass aesthetics and complex creativity, rambunctiously pummelling with outrè panache & steely precision. "Weg Ins Dunkel" perseveres with persistent triggering, with this short 1 minute scour of profanity which showcases primitively stompy madness of other worldly & ungodly sacrilege. While "Berge Der Hölle" thrashes with neckbreaking chunkiness; as the massive portayal of enormously fierce experimentation embellishes on this crazy flamboyancy of morbid transparency with quintessential virtuosity, and brusing havoc.
The penultimate track: "Brich Die Letzte Illusion" ramifies this savagely sinister expertise in firepower, finesse and insane beltering while the overall concluding finisher "Tor Nach Badagang" hammers with malevolent yet mellifluous pandemonium & ruthless euphony in which will take over your soul in a homicidal mass of maniacal proportions, brilliantly closing this punishing slab of solid yet psycopathic uproar with vibrantly potent rebellion.
Bottom line; TOT AUS DEM WALD is certainly an intriguing and brutal discovery, definitely outdoing themselves with this nice slice of Black Metal viscerality. For a debut, and solo project... Das Kakophonieä offers this potentially talented piece of viciously banging assaults that will rattle your heads in no time. A brilliantly sulphurous onslaught that oozes out a healthy dose of some hardened attacks, and massive replayability value that makes this worth the listen. Check it out!
